Price and location -- very close to interstate

Wi-Fi was very poor, pool was cold, hot tub was OK, heating/cooling unit not great, old HIE in middle of update -- some construction noise until about 6pm; budget place certainly.

we had queen room with a king size bed as well as good lighting. this was a marvellous location very close to virginia or north carolina and a local restaurant and restaraunts and shops. it also was in the hillsville or galax area.

Loved Hillsville, the hotel was quiet near restaurants. We had efficient check-in and the rooms were spotless and updated. The exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television, and a microwave were great amenities. It offered us a great and convenient location, just a short walk to restaurants.

Excellent stay with a really good breakfast next morning. Convenient to main interstate on our way south.

It was hard to find because there is too many trees around their sign. We turned before we we're suppose too and friends of ours drove past the sign.

Everything was very good, quiet, and ideal hotel. Liked central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave in the room. The bed was great, plus the bathroom was good. The staff were friendly and amicable. The location was comfortable in the Hillsville or Galax area. It was really close to Virginia or North Carolina, a hillside, and restaurants and shops.

the location was great, situated up on a hillside with a nice view. the room was clean, with comfortable beds and an ample amount of pillows. the staff provided friendly and cheerful service, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a good selection and the coffee was wonderful. this hotel had all the facilities and advantages I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel, however, had unreliable Wi-Fi, which was a bit frustrating.
